How long will my order take to arrive?

UK orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 6–12 working days from dispatch. Free Standard tracked shipping is included on every order. Premium tracked + insured shipping is available at checkout for £4.99.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes. We offer a 30-day free return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Defective or incorrect items receive a full refund or free replacement with no return required.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Every Feline Maison product is covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects, in addition to your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
